If TMT is not allowed to move forward, it isn’t just a matter of them going elsewhere, a lawsuit is sure to follow for a breach of contract. In the end, this will only harm the people of Hawaii who will have to pay for it.

TMT Progress: Write Officials
Building the TMT has been an ongoing process with a lot of opposition and interruption. There have been constant legal battles that require additional permitting as well as constant interruption from the protestors, leading to slow and expensive delays with the construction on the mountain.
Despite it all, construction is nearing completion thanks to the kindness and generosity of others who have donated towards our cause. Because of people like you, we’re able to support the construction.
